All these prices include: water, electricity and wifi.
Refundable Damage deposit for all apartments €150. For Los Nadales and Parque Playa €250. When there is no breakage, nor damage you will get this deposit back at your departure.
At reservation you will pay a small reservation deposit. The balance you will pay cash upon arrival. If you cancel you will loose the reservation deposit.

Check out : before 10.00h
Please note that arrivals or departures between 22.00h and 08.00h are subject to an extra charge.
If you arrive after 22.00h there is an extra fee of €25 and another €25 after midnight.
If you depart before 08.00h there is an extra charge of €20. In some cases it is possible to leave the keys on the table and pull the door behind you.
There are also special monthly rates for the winter period ( 1 November - 31 March). If you are interested please enquire.
